RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Sanctify Society pieces are made to order.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for confirmed manufacturing defects or fulfilment errors.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
